These may be added at a later date. We are waiting to find out the final numbers for people staying for the full weekend first. So watch this space!
What if I can’t afford it?
We don’t want the cost to be a barrier for anyone to join us on the weekend away.
If you are unable to afford your ticket for any reason, just click on the “enquiry” button on the booking page and fill in your details and we will be in touch to confirm your place.
What if I don’t have a car?
We are aware that not everyone has their own transport. When you are booking your place just indicate that you need transport and we will try to match you up with someone who has a space in their car. If we find that we have a lot of people needing transport then we will look for other options.
What is the accommodation like?
All accommodation is en-suite and everything is provided for you.
Rooms are single, double or family and can accommodate families with up to 4 children.
What is the food like?
The food is AMAZING! All meals are provided with cooked or continental breakfast, mid-morning coffee, a hot lunch, afternoon tea with cake and evening meals. Also, tea & coffee are available in your rooms.
If you have any dietary requirements, these can be catered for. Just tell us on your booking and we can pass the information onto High Leigh.
What is going to happen?
We have Maurice Nightingale, who is on the Relational Mission core team, joining us to speak in our main sessions and a team from God Central Church, Harlow leading us in worship.
We don’t have the final details just yet for everything else but here is a flavour of what we have planned. Programme
What is there to do in my spare time?
High Leigh Conference Centre is situated in 40 acres of lawns, parkland and woodland. You can wrap up warm and take a walk around the grounds and wander down to the lake.
There is a gym & games room, that you can use at no extra cost.
There is also a comfortable lounge area where you can relax at the end of the day with a drink & snacks from the licenced bar (card payments only)
What is provided for the children & youth?
We will have groups for the children and youth planned for 3 sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning. These will be run by children’s workers & youth workers that we have invited in to run these sessions for us. They will have been through our safer recruitment process set out by our Safeguarding team for the event.
Whilst they are in their groups you can relax and enjoy the planned adult sessions. Outside of these sessions your children & young people will need to stay with you at all times.
